Where it started
Founded by Justin Bonello.
Procure Property Partners was founded by Justin Bonello, a property investor who started on an apprentice's wage and went on to build a seven-figure portfolio across Australia. He began with little to no guidance, learned from his own mistakes, and refined what worked into a clear method: the right asset, in the right location, at the right time in the market cycle, for the right price - so each purchase sets up the next.
Along the way, he watched the same roadblocks stop everyday investors again and again: too much conflicting advice, no clear plan, not enough time, and the biggest one of all - actually executing on the right deal. Justin has been through that journey and knows the map.
That's what led him to start Procure Property Partners: to help everyday Australians build a portfolio the way he did, no matter what stage they're at - with a clear strategy, no guesswork, and a team doing the work alongside them.
